Part 1: The Basics

1. What is your full name?
Aiden GetDownFromThereRightNow Blaire. Though I'm told I actually don't have a middle name.

2. Where and when were you born?
January 1st, 1991 in Nagano, Japan at home with my grandma midwifing. It was chilly, I think.

3. Who are your parents?
Alison Blaire a.k.a. the Dazzler - loving mother of five who continues to avoid superhero life and work on her music
Longshot - loving father of six who has saved his home dimension from despotic rulers twice and lives a quiet life among lots of ninja women who think he's peachy keen

4. Do you have any siblings? What are they like?
Hana is my twin sister
Percy is my first younger brother. He's the smart one of the bunch. He can have all my college funding. He's a bit quieter than the rest of us, possibly from all that thinking.
Emi is my younger sister. She's athletic and really into figure skating. I hope if she gets a chance at the Olympics, she doesn't get turned away like I did.
Tristan is the squirt of the family. Or my second younger brother, if you will. He thinks I'm his hero, but he'll grow out of that. A bundle of energy that doesn't stop being cute.
Shatterstar is my older-younger brother. He's a grim sourpuss, but he knows his sword stuff. He can probably still whup my butt and make me feel silly for it.

5. Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people.
Currently live at Xavier's with a whole bunch of people. I'm graduating soon and want to move away. Not because of any bad associations, but being there with that many people can make you fade into the background. Or they forget about you.

6. What is your occupation?
Student. Sometime biker racer. Looking to get into a band as a drummer.

7. Write a full physical description of yourself. You might want to consider factors such as: height, weight, race, hair and eye color, style of dress, and any tattoos, scars, or distinguishing marks.
I'm tall, about an inch taller than my Dad and weigh more than two times what he does due to having solid bones. I look more like a Mojoworlder with three fingers and a thumb per hand. Blond hair like Dad's with blue eyes that are more like Mom's. Pretty toned, muscle wise but not overly muscled like... Colossus or those Hulk guys. Tend to dress casually in t-shirts and jeans unless I'm out on a date or mission.

8. To which social class do you belong?
I didn't know there were classes on socializing. I must have missed those when I was out talking to people.

9. Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses?
Not that I'm aware of. Pretty hardy.

10. Are you right- or left-handed?
Ambidextrous via practice. I'm naturally right-handed.

11. What does your voice sound like?
A little something like this. Oh, if only I had a band I could say that with...

12. What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently?
Mmm. I slip into Japanese on occasion when I'm not paying attention. I cuss in Cadre from time to time.

13. What do you have in your pockets?
Pocket lint. Chapstick. Some pennies. Some bead chain. A stick of Trident gum. A folding knife. A bit of string.

14. Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics?
I don't pay strict attention to reality and flights of fancy can catch my attention so hard I believe them.

Part 2: Growing Up

15. How would you describe your childhood in general?
Happy and carefree.

16. What is your earliest memory?
My father chasing my naked hind end all over the front room because I didn't want to take a bath.

17. How much schooling have you had?
Made it through junior high in the Japanese school systems. Finishing up high school in America. I think that's gonna be it outside of what life throws at me.

18. Did you enjoy school?
In Japan, I did quite a bit. Easier to focus there. When I got to America, it was different and distracting.

19. Where did you learn most of your skills and other abilities?
From my parents and grandma. Musical stuff comes from Mom. Gymnastics and self-defense from Dad. More self-defense and ninja techniques from grandma.

20. While growing up, did you have any role models? If so, describe them.
Well, both my parents. More Dad when I was really young, but once I got into music, Mom was a pretty big one. My aunt Asuka is what I'd want to be if I were female. Though I always looked up to Rodney for his ability to have fun and amuse himself no matter the situation.

21. While growing up, how did you get along with the other members of your family?
We were one big, happy family. Plenty of family about the castle to play with. Sometimes Aunt Nika would get annoying, but I probably annoyed her first.

22. As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
My Dad.

23. As a child, what were your favorite activities?
Climbing up things to see how high I could get and how everything looked from up there.

24. As a child, what kinds of personality traits did you display?
No fear and rocket-propelled feet. Always doing something until I passed out. Not always doing something everybody would understand, but poking at things to figure out how things worked. There's a reason that phone jack on the third floor doesn't work...

25. As a child, were you popular? Who were your friends, and what were they like?
People liked me a lot. Especially around home. At school it was a little different because I look like a gaijin. It made me more interesting. I picked up a lot of friends because I'd go talk to them. Had all sorts of friends. Except for the ones who tried to make other people eat dirt. They're obviously not friends if you get sent to the principal's office for kicking them in the dirt clods.

26. When and with whom was your first kiss?
Back in junior high with Sugimoto Keiko.

27. Are you a virgin? If not, when and with whom did you lose your virginity?
Nope. A little over six months ago when Angel taught me about four things.

28. If you are a powered being, tell the story of how you became what you are or first learned of your own abilities. If you are just a normal human, describe any influences in your past that led you to do the things you do today.
Well, I hit puberty and then a little while afterward my voice stopped cracking so much. Once that happened, I started noticing people wouldn't see me when I came down for breakfast in the morning. Unless I suddenly appeared in front of them. Then there were ... incidents with hard light weapons appearing in my hands at inopportune moments.

Part 3: Past Influences

29. What do you consider the most important event of your life so far?
Being born should be pretty darn important. I wouldn't be here otherwise.

30. Who has had the most influence on you?
My parents.

31. What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Living to the ripe old age of 18. I hope to make my next achievement living to 19 or forming a band.

32. What is your greatest regret?
I'm still trying to figure out exactly what I did, but I guess the massive loss of face recently.

33. What is the most evil thing you have ever done?
Uhm. Snapped the heads off of dandelions? I don't do evil, really. I leave that to people like Evil McTighties.

34. Do you have a criminal record of any kind?
No. And my aunt and grandma would be very upset with me if I did.

35. When was the time you were the most frightened?
Mojo had me on the floor with Spiral sinking a drill into my back. In between massive amounts of pain, I realized no one was coming for me, and I was alone.

36. What is the most embarrassing thing ever to happen to you?
Waking up naked in bed with my friend Sara kind of ranks up there. Or maybe the broadcasting of it is worse.

37. If you could change one thing from your past, what would it be, and why?
Right now, wish I hadn't been close to my twin growing up. So, everything would be easier now... *shrugs*

38. What is your best memory?
Family camping trip where I put frogs in the lunch basket that hopped out and startled Mom. She usually wasn't the one to chase me...

39. What is your worst memory?
See Spiral drilling into my back near my spine with no anesthetic.

Part 4: Beliefs And Opinions

40. Are you basically optimistic or pessimistic?
Optimistic with tendencies toward hyperbole.

41. What is your greatest fear?
Standing alone and realizing my life has been a waste.

42. What are your religious views?
They lean toward Shinto. Helps when I've seen kami in the mountains where I grew up. So, I know they're out there.

43. What are your political views?
I don't like politics. It's a lot of talking with getting nothing done.

44. What are your views on sex?
I like lots of it with Angel. I don't need to know about anyone else's.

45. Are you able to kill? Under what circumstances do you find killing to be acceptable or unacceptable?
Yes, I am. I've canceled with innocent people's lives on the line to save them. It's only acceptable as the last resort, when everything that can be done has been.

46. In your opinion, what is the most evil thing any human being could do?
Rape someone. Not just physically. With the people I encounter and what's been done to my father, there's mental and emotional rape out there when nothing has been done physically.

47. Do you believe in the existence of soul mates and/or true love?
Yes for true love. I don't think I have a soul mate though. I technically don't have a soul. I have little glowing ball uemeur which is different.

48. What do you believe makes a successful life?
Being happy with very few big regrets. There's no such things as no regrets, but there is such a thing as ignorable ones.

49. How honest are you about your thoughts and feelings (i.e. do you hide your true self from others, and in what way)?
I'm pretty honest with things. I can't help but express them. I think I would explode into meaty chunks like that thunder guy on Big Trouble in Little China.

50. Do you have any biases or prejudices?
Genetic predisposition to hate Spineless Ones. Further reinforced by my experiences on Mojoworld.

51. Is there anything you absolutely refuse to do under any circumstances? Why do you refuse to do it?
Put innocent lives in danger instead of my own so people will be comfortable. I refuse to do it because I'm not selfish. It's the right thing to do. I try to make things better, not worse. I wouldn't want to be the person who loses his mother, wife, brother, father, or whomever because someone didn't give a rat's ass about them.

52. Who or what, if anything, would you die for (or otherwise go to extremes for)?
Angel. My family. Life here is only one step on a big journey.

Part 5: Relationships With Others

53. In general, how do you treat others (politely, rudely, by keeping them at a distance, etc.)? Does your treatment of them change depending on how well you know them, and if so, how?
I'm polite to everybody when I first meet them. Everybody deserves respect until they prove they don't deserve it.

54. Who is the most important person in your life, and why?
Angel. Because I'm a giant sap-head and can't imagine my future without her in it.

55. Who is the person you respect the most, and why?
Mom. She's done a lot and doesn't always get the respect she should.

56. Who are your friends? Do you have a best friend? Describe these people.
Yeah. I have plenty. Val, Sara, and Little John for example. Zip, though he's a student. I had a best friend.
Val's very smart. Like I'm on Earth and she's out on Pluto for example. But she's nice. A little shy. She looks out for me. She's kept me from crispying or shishkabobbing a couple times.
Sara's driven. Sometimes at 500 miles an hour. Though she's good at sitting back and relaxing with a bag of popcorn and a movie. She'd be there for any of her friends in a heartbeat.
Little John... makes me seem world-wise. Which I thought could never happen. He's got his heart in the right place, though. He just needs more experience.
Zip is small and white. He just got fingers. He learns pretty quickly. I hope to teach him some nice drum fills before graduation.

57. Do you have a spouse or significant other? If so, describe this person.
Angel's my girlfriend. The most gentle Southern belle a guy could ask for. Some people might not like her white fuzzy skin, but I like it. She laughs, and I know things will be alright. Athletic and acrobatic like me. She also has the greatest prehensile tail known to man...

58. Have you ever been in love? If so, describe what happened.
No past tense. I'm in it now. Kind of love at first sight. I just didn't quite know what was going on at the time. Caught someone doing an acrobatic routine and she could have asked me to do anything. Except anything that would put her into the skanky hobag category. I'm not allowed to go out with those according to Mom.

59. What do you look for in a potential lover?
Understanding and sense of humor. I'm not normal, so she should get a laugh out of it.

60. How close are you to your family?
I was pretty close for awhile. It kind of got shattered and interrupted. Parts of it are back together. Other pieces have flitted away. I'm not sure how to fix it.

61. Have you started your own family? If so, describe them. If not, do you want to? Why or why not?
Not yet. I hope to someday. Probably with Angel if she'll have me. I just have to keep my Mom off the 'fuzzy grandbabies' kick for awhile. But definitely not right now. Too much happening and we're too young. Have to get some of this adventuresome spirit out.

62. Who would you turn to if you were in desperate need of help?
My friends. They haven't let me down yet.

63. Do you trust anyone to protect you? Who, and why?
My teammates. We're trained to. There's a bond there, too. Hopefully the bonds of protection don't try to strangle me, though.

64. If you died or went missing, who would miss you?
Angel, definitely. My family. My friends. Though it's the person who didn't miss me that concerns me most if I'm dead...

65. Who is the person you despise the most, and why?
Mojo III: Return of the Programmer. He tried to make me into his own version of my Dad and used torture to do it.

66. Do you tend to argue with people, or avoid conflict?
I avoid verbal conflict. Lots of energy used to not make headway often. Because no one wants to see the other side to see where they're wrong. Even me.

67. Do you tend to take on leadership roles in social situations?
If no one steps up to do it, yeah. But if I'm with Val or Sara, I'd defer to them. They're the leaders of my generation. Like Storm and Cyclops.

68. Do you like interacting with large groups of people? Why or why not?
It doesn't both me one way or another. If it's a large group of people partying, it makes everything better, though.

69. Do you care what others think of you?
Mostly, no. Some exceptions, but I'm working on those.

Part 6: Likes And Dislikes

70. What is/are your favorite hobbies and pastimes?
Playing the drums. If I could breath and eat via drumming, I would never stop.

71. What is your most treasured possession?
My big drum kit back in Japan. All out awesome is what that is.

72. What is your favorite color?
Black.

73. What is your favorite food?
Cannoli.

74. What, if anything, do you like to read?
Seinen manga dealing with martial arts. Translated manhua are great, too.

75. What is your idea of good entertainment (consider music, movies, art, etc.)?
In terms a of music, anything that has a great beat. Then comes the awesome drums. I like my music easy to move to. I like my movies kinetic without being overly wobbly. Art is nice if it actually looks like something I understand.

76. Do you smoke, drink, or use drugs? If so, why? Do you want to quit?
Not at all. I don't need crutches.

77. How do you spend a typical Saturday night?
Snuggled up with my girlfriend on the couch. Watching some movie that does not have Simon Williams in it (unless Molly picks the movie out).

78. What makes you laugh?
Things that are funny. Duh.

79. What, if anything, shocks or offends you?
Callousness. Being callous is the root of a lot of evils in my mind.

80. What would you do if you had insomnia and had to find something to do to amuse yourself?
Tickle my girlfriend awake so she can share in the sleeplessness. Probably promptly followed by a pillow fight. Picking up all those feathers would be something to do, too.

81. How do you deal with stress?
I try to ignore it. I have enough going on without stress on top of it. But when it gets to me, I don't deal all that well. I need someone to help prop me up to get me moving forward. If I just keep swimming forward, it'll work out.

82. Are you spontaneous, or do you always need to have a plan?
Spontaneous. You tend to get into things quicker. I let smart people like Sara and Valeria do the planning.

83. What are your pet peeves?
I've had dogs and monkeys, but never a peeve. Aren't those butlers? That's kind of rude to make them a pet.

Part 7: Self Images And Etc.

84. Describe the routine of a normal day for you. How do you feel when this routine is disrupted?
Wake up. Get ready for class. Go to class. Hang around with people for lunch. Go to afternoon classes and training. Hang around mah peeps for dinner. Do homework. Get some time alone with Angel. Go to sleep. I feel fine when the routine is disrupted! If I had to do that all the time, I'd get ground down into insane and would be gibbering while hanging onto a weather vane on somebody's barn.

85. What is your greatest strength as a person?
The ability to keep going forward. To not let all the bad things stop me from being me. To take strength from failures. Dad's the strongest guy I know, but he's not the most successful. Strength is built by one's failures, not one's successes.

86. What is your greatest weakness?
I'm a bit flighty. I can bore easily and wander away.

87. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Dye my hair bright red. *shrugs* I dunno. I like me as I am. Any changes I'd want would be cosmetic.

88. Are you generally introverted or extroverted?
Extroverted.

89. Are you generally organized or messy?
I have an organized mess. I know where things are. Especially if I get to use monkey toes to pick things off the floor.

90. Name three things you consider yourself to be very good at, and three things you consider yourself to be very bad at.
I'm very good at drumming, gymnastics, and hugging. I'm very bad at Calculus, English Composition, and paying attention when it's a nice day outside.

91. Do you like yourself?
Yeah. If I didn't, it would be hard to wake up with me all the time.

92. What are your reasons for doing the strange and heroic things you do? Are your real reasons for doing this different than the ones you tell people in public? (If so, detail both sets of reasons...)
Because they need to be done. If I don't do them, somebody else might do it and make things worse. I also have this altruistic streak. I get a high from doing things and not really from getting praise for doing things.

93. What goal do you most want to accomplish in your lifetime?
I don't know. That could be my problem sometimes. I don't know what I want out of my life outside of having fun on the ride. My Dad and Shatterbro have the family business lined up and shut down.

94. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Maybe on the road with a band or a part of the X-Brigade. Either way, I'll be old enough to be engaged to Angel at the minimum, I think.

95. If you could choose, how would you want to die?
At a very old age, surrounded by my family. Maybe some great-grandkids around, too.

96. If you knew you were going to die in 24 hours, name three things you would do in the time you had left.
Write out a will so the Squirt gets my drums sets and the rest of my stuff goes to the right people. Say good-bye to my friends and family. And spend the last twenty hours clinging to Angel.

97. What is the one thing for which you would most like to be remembered after your death?
That's too morbid. And a long way off. But at the minimum, that I was a good person. That means something.

98. What three words best describe your personality?
As it should be, happy-go-lucky
As it currently is, scraping-toward-level

99. What three words would others probably use to describe you?
Energetic. Nice. Goofy.
